Order or Custom Ring Quotes

To request a custom quote or order please send an email toadmin@mokume-gane-metals.com, 
fill out the Quote Inquiry Form on the bottom of this page or call 615-469-4789.  I will 
speak with you to answer questions.  I will then confirm your quote, current delivery 
time and questions answered by email.  A 50% deposit is required to start an order.  

  
Sample Program

You may request to see a sample.  Your credit card will be authorized for the cost 
of the sample.  You may keep the sample for 3 business days. Please contact me for 
availability of samples.  


Delivery Time and Guarantee

Current delivery time is from 2 to 5 weeks. If your ring is not mailed by the time we say,
5% of the original price will be deducted for each business day up to 15% of the original 
price.  Plain gold bands may be provided if you are unable to order your rings in time for 
your wedding date.

Return Policy

All rings, excluding rings with stones, are returnable within 10 business days for a
full refund, minus shipping, if in the original condition.

Payment may be made by Visa, Master Card, Discover, or Cashiers Check.
